CoCo reads a message and says what it thinks it means, its tone, and a kind reply. You can ask CoCo about a message directly, or talk with the other people who have been invited. In those conversations CoCo reads every message, both ways, so each of you can see how it may come across.

• Other invited people can see your first name (you can change it) and can message you.
• Conversations are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• If a message looks hateful or dangerous, CoCo points you to help, and that conversation is kept until an administrator reviews it.
• You can press Report in any conversation at any time.

If you choose to share, we also ask, kindly and only if you want to answer, what you meant by a message you sent and how a message you received felt to you. Your own words are then kept for a limited time, without your name or email, and a person on our team reviews them before anything is used to train CoCo. Please leave out names, addresses and other details that identify anyone. We remove obvious ones, but not everything. Messages CoCo flags as dangerous are never kept for training. You can skip any question and stop sharing whenever you like.
